How it works

A clear route from conversation to launch.

Start with a written enquiry or a free 15-minute website chat. You deal directly with Aidan and receive a written recommendation, scope and price before deciding whether to proceed. The same process works for local and remote UK projects.

Five project stages

Know what happens before work begins.

The consultation is free and carries no obligation. Bespoke work starts only after you accept the proposal and pay the 50% deposit.

Choose how to start

Send a written enquiry with the key details or book a free 15-minute chat. Both routes lead to the same no-obligation consultation.

Review the recommendation

After reviewing and discussing your needs, I recommend a suitable approach and confirm the proposed scope and price in writing.

Commission the project

If you accept the proposal, the 50% deposit secures the project. Bespoke design and development begin only after both steps are complete.

Build, review and refine

I create the commissioned website and provide a private project preview. You can review the content and presentation and provide feedback within the agreed scope.

Approve and launch

After you approve the website and settle the remaining balance, any agreed extras and the first care-plan payment where applicable, I prepare it for launch and confirm the ongoing support arrangements.

About previews: the private project preview is part of an accepted, deposit-paid project. Public demonstration websites are separate examples of the Studio’s work and do not promise a bespoke design before a project is commissioned.

If needs change later

Your website can grow with the business.

Essential is a complete professional website, not a temporary version. Premium work can be considered later if the customer journey becomes more involved.

1

Review the current process

We look at how customers enquire, book or order, what has changed and who manages each step.

2

Agree the new scope

I set out the required pages, content, enquiry journey or external service, including provider fees and separate implementation costs.

3

Extend when it is worthwhile

Where appropriate, the existing domain, approved content and professional design remain in place while the agreed capability is added.

Who controls what

You keep control of the domain, content and business data.
