Who is responsible?
Clyde Valley Web Studio controls the personal information that you send through this website, WhatsApp, email or telephone. Add the final trading address and contact details before launch.
Information you may send
You may send your name, business name, telephone number, email address, enquiry details and any files or notes needed to discuss the work.
How we use it
We use the information to answer your enquiry, prepare a demo or quotation, deliver contracted work, manage the client account, keep business records and meet legal duties.
Lawful basis
We process enquiry data to respond to your request and prepare a possible contract. We process client data to deliver the contract, keep required records and run the Studio.
Suppliers and international services
We may use Cloudflare, Google Fonts, WhatsApp, an email provider and a domain registrar. Each supplier handles data under its own terms. Update this list after you configure the final services.
Contact form
When enabled, the Cloudflare Pages Function checks the form and emails the enquiry to the Studio. The launch setup does not keep a second copy in a website database.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry and client information for as long as the enquiry, contract, accounts or law requires. We restrict access and use supplier security controls. Internet services still carry security risks.
Your rights
You may have the right to access, correct or erase your information, or to restrict or object to its use. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
